Burn It operate classes all over Scotland and are most likely in a park near you. Our most popular fitness experience is Burn It In The Park, 60 minute outdoor fitness sessions using a series of boot camp like equipment and bodyweight exercises. Our sessions help burn up to 800 calories per class and are fun, motivating and educational. The workouts cater for any level of fitness regardless of age, shape or size. Each individual is pushed to their own limit so it doesn't matter how unfit you may be, we can help change that.
